Orders under $200 will be charged the true cost of shipping, which will be computed after checkout. All orders come with free shipping. Orders over $200 If your order total is less than $200, you'll be charged the exact cost of shipping at checkout.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges:

We'll let you know whether or not your refund has been approved once we've received and evaluated your return. If your application is approved, your original payment method will be immediately refunded. Please bear in mind that processing and posting the refund may take some time depending on your bank or credit card company.

What if a package that has been misplaced or stolen?

Because customer happiness is our main priority, we cover any cases of unusually long delays or even loss in transportation with a free reshipment or refund. Customers must contact the carrier before getting a reshipment reimbursement if the order does not arrive at its destination and is delayed in a local post office. You are not eligible for a reshipment or refund if you submitted incorrect shipping information.
